A member elect is a neurological physical therapy group or national physiotherapy group (where there is no neuro PT subgroup) that: ​
  • is a subgroup of a World Physiotherapy member organisation OR a World Physiotherapy member organisation
  • is in good standing with its national World Physiotherapy member organisation (for neuro PT subgroups)
  • has the approval of its national organisation to join INPA (for neuro PT subgroups)
  • has met the criteria for membership of INPA and has been approved by World Physiotherapy
A member elect can participate in INPA activities but cannot vote until their membership of INPA is ratified by a vote of the members at the next available INPA meeting of member delegates.
