Special interest groups
INPA Executive Committee is piloting (2019-2023) two special interest groups (SIG).
Each SIG focuses on a clinical specialty within neurological physical therapy practice.
The groups are

INPA Executive Committee is piloting (2019-2023) two special interest groups (SIG).
Each SIG focuses on a clinical specialty within neurological physical therapy practice.
The groups are
1. INPA Movement Disorders
2. INPA Vestibular Rehabilitation
These groups will support INPA to:
- advise the INPA Executive Committee on matters pertaining to its special subject
- undertake an agreed work program aimed to implement the INPA strategic plan
- promote the role of evidence-based neurological physical therapy practice worldwide
- nurture, support, and promote research within the topic field
- provide learning opportunities to support implementation of evidence and knowledge into practice
- identify experts to contribute to international policy forming institutions
The responsibilities of the group are to:
- implement the INPA and specialty groups' agreed work plan
- maintain communication and shared working on this plan with the INPA executive committee
- provide a safe, encouraging and supportive environment for members to advance neurologic practice
- work with healthcare professionals / organizations and patient / public groups to further the role of neurologic physiotherapy practice
- promote the work of INPA member groups
- communicate, via the INPA Executive Committee, with Members
